Radical Bookfair Pavilion

Joined in dialogue by prison abolitionist Mariame Kaba, William C. Anderson, co-author with Zoé Samudzi of As Black As Resistance, analyzes the foundational role played by anti-Blackness in the United States, and how Black liberation depends on overcoming the limits of a liberalism which always remains a colonialism. Against the racist violence at the core of the established order, Anderson presents a program of self-defense and transformative politics for Black Americans, one rooted in an anarchistic framework akin to the Black experience itself.
